One of the benefits of working with Clear Blue Smiles is our sustainability efforts. Remind your patients that they can send in their used clear aligners to be recycled. It’s as easy as:

Put all used clear aligners in a box. You can use any box you have!
Print.
Simply fill out the form below and print a prepaid label provided by TerraCycle.
Ship.
Drop it off at your nearest UPS store or drop box.
Once your patient is ready to ship, they’ll go here to print their shipping label!
