We are looking forward to your Blue Assist case review! A member of our team will reach out to coordinate your first call once your new SureSmile® account is set up. As you prepare your case review, please note a few things:

  • On the first call we will discuss the diagnosis, treatment plan, and digital setup of your case. This should take approximately 30-45 minutes.
  • You now have access to our library of Standard Operating Procedures to aid us throughout this case – we’ll send relevant procedures before each call, and you can access the entire library here.
  • In the first call, we’ll use SOP1 (“Ordering Case Type”) and SOP2 (“Consultation Process”). Please review prior to the call.
